So now I am thinking about practical ways to compost Sea Green Live's food scraps. I don't think there is a composting program in my town. Gonna look into that. In any case, I need to organize something for Sea Greens Live. If you have any bright ideas, please share in a comment.

I spent time today sourcing organic wheatgrass so that I would be able to offer it this upcoming weekend. Thoughts of how and where to buy the very highest quality at a price point that was good for both Sea Greens Live and the consumer occupied my mind. So for a small fry seeking wholesale prices, only a collaboration could solve this concern. I needed help both in thinking through the problem and in actually solving the problem. Denise, Produce Manager up at Dean's in Ocean, NJ was mad helpful as was Jesse from Jesse's Cafe in West End section of Long Branch in pointing me in the right direction. The local farmer who is supposed to furnish wheatgrass this summer has yet to present his product. And although I have a beautiful raised bed out back in which to plant wheatgrass, I have not done so as yet. It is supposed to only take 7 - 10 days to grow.
