Talked to Dr. Sorge, naturopathathic doctor and founder of Abunda Life in Asbury Park, NJ. He has a huge international following who attest to the life-giving benefits of his preventative treatments. Dr. Sorge stated that contrary to my response to the question of whether one could drink too much wheatgrass, the fact is that wheatgrass in excess (how much is excessive is personal) could prompt an upset stomach or nausea but generally nothing life threatening. For me, the potential benefits of an increased red blood cell count and lower blood pressure outweigh the risk of nausea. Best of all is the assertion that wheatgrass, which is full of chlorophyll, is the first product of light and therefore contains more light energy than any other element. I am not a scientist. But I am a clear believer in stoking one's internal light and the Omega juicer will be instrumental in this regard. Also anyone who knows me a little bit knows I love a good tool. It's so shiny and heavy and strong-feeling. Here's a picture of the new Omega tool on the set of its new home.
