Wheatgrass anyone?

Wheatgrass juice, made from sprounted wheat berries, is said to be high in chlorophyll. Claims are that the juice "cleanses" the body, neutralizes toxins, slows the aging process, and prevents cancer.  This statement was taken from www.bestjuicers.com.  Devotees swear by wheatgrass. If in fact this statement holds even a smidgen of truth, it is easy to understand why they feel this way. By weekend, one should be able to get wheatgrass at Sea Greens.

  3. OMG that is a great question. A a cursory bit of web research suggests indeed there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Put another way, more than 2 - 4 oz per day could prompt negative results. I will identify someone who is more of an expert to answer your question and get back to you. Thanks.
