You don't want to miss Andrea Beaman's visit to Sea Greens Live

This Friday, Sea Greens Live will celebrate its first full year in
business. To commemorate that event, we are hosting Andrea Beaman,
person extraordinaire and bon vivant in the healing community.If you
don't know her, she is the host of Veria's award nominated Fed Up!
She was the contestant on Top Chef's season one that no one can
forget.

You don't want to miss the cooking demonstration she will conduct at
Sea Greens; nor do you want to miss breaking bread with others who
will be coming to learn more about how food can not only heal but
enhance your stamina, vigor and vitality.

What does that mean? It means I would love for you to join me. So
this is your personal invitation. Andrea will cook a three course
meal. We will eat and enjoy each other , her wisdom and her company.
She will answer questions and sign her book, "The Whole Truth."
