More Vegan Mofo: Day 3 celebrating Vegan cooking month

Today's Vegan Mofo 2009 recipe is a sauce you can use for tempeh, tofu, or veggies. The truth is..... it is soo0 good you can also use it on fish and chicken. I am also thinking that maybe you can help me prepare for my trip to Los Angeles around the Thanksgiving holidays.

I am looking for great places to eat healthy delicious real fast food. If you have any suggestions for inexpensive fast "Real" food, pilates and/or yoga classes in the LA area then hit me up. I'd sure appreciate it. I will let you know what I find out.


Here's the recipe.

Maple Mustard Sauce.

1/2 cup soy
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 up real maple syrup
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp. toasted Szechwan peppercorns

Mix it and store in in the refrigerator
